Jimmy and his team did an absolutely incredible job on my car! I went with the full-service detail, including the engine bay, tires, rims, interior, exterior, and the works. They completely knocked it out of the park. The attention to detail was outstanding, and my car looks and feels brand new again. You can tell they take real pride in their work and genuinely care about the final result. Professional, thorough, and worth every penny. I highly recommend Jimmy and his team to anyone looking for top-quality detailing. I’ll definitely be back!

I cannot recommend The Detail Shop of Fayetteville enough! I brought my car in, and to be completely honest, the interior was an absolute disaster. I have a Husky, which means my vehicle was entirely coated in a thick, stubborn layer of dog hair that had woven itself into every single fabric, crack, and crevice. I wasn't sure if anyone would ever be able to get it all out. But the team here absolutely blew me away. When I picked my car up, it looked like it had just rolled off the showroom floor. They managed to get every single strand of husky hair out of the seats and carpets. The attention to detail is unmatched—they didn't miss a single spot. On top of the phenomenal work, the customer service was top-notch. From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and welcoming. They gave me a clear breakdown of the process, kept me updated, and treated me like a valued customer rather than just another appointment. If you are a pet owner, or just need your vehicle looking brand new again, do yourself a favor and bring it here.

5 stars for: Customer Service- I appreciate the quality of care when I addressed my major concerns about the interior and exterior of the car. The team took the time to walk me around the vehicle to provide honest feedback on expectations. Quality of Job performance-The results were top notch and looked better than when I bought this car. I recommend the Ultimate Detailing Package- it is worth the price.
